For over 10 years, Mr. Saliba has been a construction litigator representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, public agencies, and developers in all phases of the construction process, including construction disputes, litigation, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Saliba routinely litigates complex construction disputes with extensive experience handling construction and builder related matters from contract to lien claims. His practice focuses on construction, real estate litigation, commercial and residential, business and partnership disputes, landlord-tenant issues, partition actions, quiet title actions, boundary disputes, and all ranges of disputes confronting St. Augustine’s business community.
Mr. Saliba has litigated, arbitrated, and mediated construction and commercial disputes in state and federal courts for owners, contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Mr. Saliba regularly advises clients in construction defect claims, hidden defect claims, nondisclosure litigation, such as Johnson v. Davis claims, payment disputes, lien law issues, payment bond claims, surety bond claims, bid protests, and delay claims. Mr. Saliba also holds a certificate in urban and regional planning and interned at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, giving him a solid foundation in land use, planning and the issues facing land owners and developers.
Having successfully obtained summary judgment, prevailed at trial and appealed numerous cases, Mr. Saliba has the depth of experience to help clients navigate the complex and technical disputes that are often fought in construction, real property and commercial cases.
