Meet Thom Sharpe!
Thom has 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. He is a certified paralegal and earned an MBA degree. Thom has trained and managed countless title examiners and title curators throughout his career. He checks every box when it comes to the meticulous detail it takes to get your real estate transactions completed. Thom is also certified in Qualia.
Fun fact about Thom is that he was a night club DJ in Key West and can spin records! In his free time he loves being with his family and friends and likes to travel.

Katie is an alumni of St. Augustine High School and The University of North Florida. She has joined our team with close to 10 years of experience in the legal world as a paralegal and a real estate closing processor. She has the knowledge it takes to get your real estate transactions completed in a fast and timely manner with attention to detail and organization. She is also certified in Qualia.
Fun fact about her is that, if you can’t catch her in the office, you will more than likely find her at the beach with her family or rock climbing at Stone!
