Our attorneys and staff enjoy the personal reward that comes with being active in the community and giving of their time and abilities. Sponsoring local charities and helping faith-based organizations is something we truly take to heart.

Moving forward

OUR Technology

Our attorneys and staff have “sheltered in-place” during Florida’s many hurricanes and, through that experience, we have transitioned our technology infrastructure into a sophisticated cloud-based system to seemlessly continue operations with our attorneys and legal staff working remotely, as needed.

Every appointment, meeting or mediation can be held remotely with a simply click of an icon when we schedule an event, whether Teams, Zoom or St. Johns Law Group’s dedicated conference line. We also routinely close real estate transactions remotely, using mobile notaries or other available assets.  We are ready to represent you in the most convenient and efficient manner of your chosing.

From our inception, St. Johns Law Group has committed to continually evolve with technology to provide clients with an efficient, convienent and organized source for their legal needs.  Redundancy and backups are also in place to protect against the unexpected.  We are not simply talking about hardware.  We also utilize and continually invest in the latest cloud-based software, including using programs such as Qualia, Clio, Quickbooks, Box, DocuSign, SimpleFile, AltaStar, and a host of other practice specific software to place at the fingertips of our attorneys and staff the resources they need to have the latest tools available. A high-level of automation also assists our attorneys in keeping clients and parties to real estate transactions informed and, in litigation matters, staying on top of deadlines, case management and document assembly and analysis, and, even in initial client or file intake, the ability to automate data entry so that efficient legal services can be provided without unecessarily retyping information.  All of this designed with the intent of increasing the speed of legal services.

We routinely take our technological capabilities into the courtroom or public hearings.  The production of sophisticated PowerPoint Presentations can be an effective tool at helping a Judge, Jury or City Councel/County Commission to understand detailed facts, issues, laws and best layout the merits of our clients’ arguments and to demonstrate the weakness in our opponents’ positions.  We have used PowerPoint Presentations during hearings hundreds of times.
