Ann Miles is an experienced contract attorney, having been responsible for the day-to-day interface with customers, vendors and company management on contractual matters at a major industrial manufacturing company with more than 8,000 employees. Ann has cradle-to-grave experience with administering a variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, sale agreements, and business operation agreements. She routinely reviews contracts for conformity with standard terms, identifying risks, recommending revisions and negotiating directly with all parties.
Ann has experience handling numerous forms of commercial and contract litigation, including disputes involving real property, construction and business relationships. She has represented a range of clients from large regional corporations to local business owners.
Whether negotiating a transaction for the sale or acquisition of real estate, leasing and rental agreements, reviewing a franchise or vendor agreements, drafting a lease, management agreement or operating agreement, challenging an insurance denial of coverage, or addressing any other legal matter related to business, Ann has the knowledge and experience.
When Ann is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, a retired United States Navy SEAL.
