Ms. Mesa focuses her law practice on HOA Condo Association Attorney matters, including association general counsel, civil litigation related covenant and condition enforcement, assessments, drafting association documents, condominiums, community associations, and real estate litigation.  Ms. Mesa’s practice also includes contract disputes, eviction actions and landlord-tenant leasing, defense, business and partnership disputes, partition of property, quiet title, boundary disputes, insurance disputes and claims, and all types of similar civil cases.

Understanding the HOA or association client’s priority of setting goals, accomplishing tasks and getting the job done in a cost-effective and transparent manner, Ms. Mesa enjoys community association practice and working with board members and management companies.  She routinely works in a team approach to evaluating evidence, developing strategies for cases and working with clients to resolve day-to-day problems and controversies.

Today, Ms. Mesa represents clients as HOA Condo Association Attorney for communities ranging in size from small to over 600 units.
