Mr. Hatfield is an Estate Planning Tax Attorney.  His practice concentrates on wills and trusts, estate planning, living wills, health care surrogate designations, living trusts, charitable trusts, spendthrift trusts, Miller trusts, and probate matters.

With extensive experience and a Masters Law Degree in Tax, Mr. Hatfield specializes as an Estate Planning Tax Attorney.  He has also represented clients on matters of tax law and a Masters , IRS defense, including Internal Revenue Service refund claims, installment agreements, negotiation of tax liens and levies, payment plans, penalty abatement or reductions, Florida Department of Revenue disputes and negotiations.

Notably, Mr. Hatfield strives to make clients feel their interests are not only being protected but that a level of care and attention is being given to their estate plan.  In fact, it is through the process of getting to know his clients that enables Mr. Hatfield to draft wills and trusts designed to carry out our client’s intended estate plan.
