Ms. Mesa focuses her practice on litigation matters related to eviction actions and landlord-tenant disputes, bankruptcy, debt defense, foreclosure defense, homeowners’ association and condominium association (HOA) matters, including matters ranging from enforcement of covenants and restrictions to collection of assessments, commercial and residential real estate contracts, business and partnership disputes, partition of property, quiet title, boundary disputes, insurance disputes and claims against insurance companies that wrongfully deny claims, and all types of similar civil cases. With her background, Ms. Mesa understands the importance of setting goals, accomplishing tasks and getting the job done in a cost-effective manner. Ms. Mesa enjoys reviewing and evaluating evidence, developing strategies for cases and working with clients.
